COVID-19 Announcement

TLC Tugger mourns with those impacted by the global outbreak of novel coronavirus disease. While the US ramps up control and treatment options, businesses are obliged to help citizens maintain social distancing to slow the spread of the disease so health care systems are not overwhelmed.

TLC Tugger’s status:

We are a small family-run firm and are able to operate cautiously without compromising anyone’s health. To date, our suppliers have been able to re-stock us as needed. We do not expect device orders to be delayed. HOWEVER, the postal service is temporarily suspending service to some destinations. We recommend caution if choosing International Express shipping at this time because it seems to be running barely faster than International Priority for some destinations due to slowed customs throughput.

Customers as always are advised to wash devices upon receipt and before every use.

UPDATE: January 13, 2021 – AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND are on mail suspension. Only the most expensive mode is available. Some supply pipelines are finally affected, including raw silicone and the stainless material TLC-X handles are made from. All ComforTug strap orders are briefly delayed, but we expect replenishment in February. Choose new TLC Shocker gentle tension bands instead.
