Shipping

Q: “How will you ship my package? “

A: We use the US mail. Contact us for other options. We usually pack an order within one day.

NOTICE: ALL shipping is slow at this time due to postal COVID-19 precautions. Thanks for your patience.

Under normal circumstances:

You will choose a shipping method while checking out, before or after you enter your payment info. See also our note about packaging.

You’ll get a shipping confirmation note from TLC Tugger the day your parcel ships, and you’ll get a second email from PayPal or USPS with your tracking number.

Domestic airmail (usually about $6) takes 3 – 10 days. Domestic Priority Mail (about $10) takes 2-3 days. Domestic Express Mail (about $26) takes 1 day in transit (but note that devices are custom made and won’t always ship within a day), and all domestic mailing now includes tracking. US military addresses will require a customs form on the package.

International airmail (usually about $17) takes 1 – 4 weeks. International Priority Mail (about $37) takes 6-10 days and includes tracking. International Express Mail (about $66) takes 3 – 7 days and includes tracking. (Note that International Express Mail does not let us control whether signature is required for delivery. That is decided by the local station. You may wish to leave a signed note for the postal carrier explaining your preference on the day delivery is expected.) Customs clearance can add days to these times, but pre-payment of EU VAT will speed things up in EU countries. We don’t have the means to pre-pay duty for other countries. If you don’t receive your package as expected, first contact your local postal office to see if they’re waiting for you to claim the package.

Some products and destinations can only be shipped by certain modes. You could assemble a shopping cart to see your actual shipping options before committing to your purchase. Note that international shipping options described as “Insured” on our checkout screen will include a customs form stating the exact value of the order, and this might mean you will need to pay import duty before receiving your package. Contact us if you need to discuss options not shown when you try to check out.
