TLC-X Air Tugger – inflate by hand squeeze bulb pump (or by mouth with optional silicone hose), includes air-tight tugger body, stainless inflation tube, vented pusher, clear retaining cone, cuff, collar/set screws, 3 RCH spacers and a RCA spacer, collet, valve, and inflation pump. (Note: spring and rubber band tension modes such as on the standard TLC-X are not available because the center rod does not slide freely through the airtight hole).

To use, inflate with the squeeze bulb pump and keep it handy to top up pressure later. The Tugger can also be pressurized by mouth with an optional silicone hose.

Tips!

• To make the center rod easier to slide through the TLC-X Air/VLC-X Tugger body, it can be lubricated with lotion. Do this by opening a 2cm gap between the Pusher and the Tugger body, and then dabbing the lotion with a cotton swab onto the metal rod – between the Pusher and Tugger body – before closing the gap up again. This keeps the lubricant away from the Collet.
• Some users report using a dry condom to prevent air from shooting up the urethra. They place the wide end of the tugger into the condom, wrap the condom over the sloped tugger surface, and grip their skin against the condom-covered tugger surface. When they introduce air through the valve the condom inflates to contain the air.
• To use a TLC-X we say you need slack skin that lets you temporarily force skin forward to cover the glans such that you can comfortably pinch the skin closed to fully hide the glans inside skin.
