The aim of the TLC-X Extensible kit is to give you the control to get the best possible cosmetic outcome. The idea is that you choose a spot along your skin tube which you will target to become your Future Flaccid Roll-over Point. Once this spot is identified, you fine-tune the length of your device so the target spot is worn comfortably at the skinniest part of the device every time you tug. The TLC Selects spacers included in this kit let you adjust the device length in 3mm increments as you gain slack. Having a single chosen spot that is never stretched wider than necessary gives you the best shot at a neat natural-looking pucker to your restored skin tube.

• To use the TLC-X we say you need slack skin that lets you temporarily force skin forward to cover the glans such that you can comfortably pinch the skin closed to fully hide the glans inside skin.
