TLC offers several options for air devices depending on your goals.
The TLC Air has a stainless inflation tube rather than a tugging handle.
Our TLC-X Air is our dual tension device with air inflation capability
How to Wear
- An adhesive bandage on the glans may keep air from going up the urethra
2. Roll skin onto the TLC Air and add a retaining cone
3. Add large Cuff (or spacer and small Cuff as shown), plus collar and valve
4. Use new squeeze bulb to inflate TLC Air or inflate by mouth with silicone hose
5. Wear TLC Air inflated. Keep hose handy to top up the pressure.
6. Works great with TugNwear Jocks
Whether you choose air, weights, traction, or straps with your TLC, you’ll fine-tune your tension setting by the 4-Hour Rule.
We recommend wearing tension 8 – 12 hours per day and wearing a Your-Skin Cone to keep the skin over the glans all other hours. Let us know if our Instructions page doesn’t answer all your questions about usage of the devices below.
