TLC Air devices use gentle air pressure for tension. The TLC Air has a stainless inflation tube in place of a tugging handle, and the TLC-X Air adds air inflation to our dual tension design. Set your pressure with the 4-Hour Rule.
Complete TLC Air and TLC-X Air kits are currently unavailable. Already have one? Replacement parts are below, including the Air Tube, Retaining Cuff, 1-way Valve and Silicone Air Hose.

How to Wear
1. An adhesive bandage on the glans may keep air from going up the urethra
2. Roll skin onto the TLC Air and add a retaining cone
3. Add the large Cuff (or spacer and small Cuff as shown), plus collar and valve
4. Inflate with the squeeze bulb or by mouth with the silicone hose
5. Wear it inflated, and keep the hose handy to top up the pressure
6. Works great with snug jock-style underwear
