The aim of the TLC-X Dual Tension tugger is to give you the control to get the best possible cosmetic outcome with your restoration goals. The idea is that you choose a spot along your skin tube which you will target to become your Future Flaccid Roll-over Point. See the FFRP spreadsheet for help calculating an optimal location for this region of skin. Once this spot is identified, you fine-tune the length of your device using the rods so the target spot is worn comfortably at the skinniest part of the device every time you tug.

Having a single chosen spot that is never stretched wider than necessary gives you the best shot at a neat natural-looking pucker to your restored skin tube.
