Collar with set screws for TLC-X

Spare Collar for TLC-X / VLC-X with short set screws. Short set screws and the wide-opening Your-Skin Cone allow the collar to be used in place of the TLC-X collet. Can also be used to fix rubber bands to the TLC-X Rod.
