Retaining Cuff – TLC Air

Large Retaining Cuff for TLC Air. This piece is worn against the retaining cone to keep it from lifting when air pressure is introduced within the foreskin space. The Cuff is held in place by the collar and set screw. Some Air users swear they don’t need to use this.

This Cuff has also been used to clamp the retaining cone down to improve grip, but this is not recommended or needed. A safer alternative to enhance grip would be Adhesi-Med.

For TLC-X Air or TLC FlexAir, our smaller Cuff combined with a wide spacer is a better choice.
