This device is supplied with no tugging handle. To tug you could clip the strap to the valet ring. Usually, the through-hole will be air-tight and snug (ventless) so the whole stack of device plus Selects and Pusher stay unitized if the device gets loose. If you want a hole that lets a rod slide freely (vented) then you can let us know with the drop-down selection.
More on the choice of Vented vs Ventless: When we say vented, we mean the hole through the device is wide enough so a blue rod or steel tube slides freely and some air can sneak in and out. This would be great for optimal foreskin restoration tugging. Ventless would mean the hole is a very snug fit for a rod, so it’s airtight. This would be great for PE tugging, or when using a vented Air Pusher with the hollow steel tube. To sub a vented TLC-X Air-style Pusher ($5 upcharge for hollow steel rod would apply) just let us know. Very versatile, this one!

This system is sort of a cross between a pile of TLC Stretch Packers and a pile of TLC Stretch Tuggers. With the included TLC Selects, this one system lets you make 8 different device lengths in 3mm increments. Add a 24mm Selects spacer any time for 8 more length increments of 3mm each.
With the addition of a SGX Clip (not included) this system would be ideal for an intact man doing PE with an SG (traction rig). Ask us to substitute a non-airtight body and it is also great for a restorer. Another way to make it non-airtight: For $5 extra we could supply a hollow steel tube instead of the solid blue Rod, but that would only make sense if the Pusher was requested with an air hole in it.
To sum up, this kit would be great for an intact guy doing PE (with straps, weights, or a traction rig), or for a restorer who wants a Packer that will grow with him.
